Roosevelt McClary III sits under the wise and prophetic council of Dr. Paul Bishop and Prophetess Taryn N. Tarver-Bishop. He was given the charge to start his church, Divine Empowerment Church in South Florida by his spiritual covering to be an extension of Life Church in Simi Valley, California. Pastor Roosevelt is no ordinary pastor. He has the prophetic mantle with an apostolic office to build and direct others as the mouthpiece of God.
